How We Got Started
Fixtoprint was founded in 2009 by a small team of IT professionals who kept seeing the same story play out: someone buys a new printer, spends hours trying to set it up, and ends up more frustrated than when they started. We decided to fix that.
What started as a two-person remote support operation out of Sarasota, Florida has grown into a nationwide team of certified technicians serving customers across all 50 states. We've helped over 10,000 customers — from first-time printer owners to large office environments.
We have always been, and will always remain, a fully independent third-party support service. We're not tied to HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, or any other manufacturer. Our only loyalty is to our customers — giving honest, unbiased advice and the fastest possible resolution.
